An in-depth guide to adding Unique IDs to existing Web Product in the Premier EPOS

Introduction

With the Premier EPOS software, managing both your store and online inventory becomes seamless. By utilising the Unique ID generated by your integrated website, the software effectively links crucial product attributes such as stock levels, pricing, and imagery. This integration ensures that your store's product database is consistently in sync with existing products on your website.

Locating the Product

To start the process of linking an Unique ID to an existing stock product, you need to first locate the product in the Stock Manager. Please see below screenshot:

Once you have opened the Stock Manager, you can use the Product Search function to locate the product you intend to link.

After completing the search and highlighting the product to be linked, you will need to navigate to the Website Upload tab. Please see below screenshot:

Adding the Unique ID

Inside the Website Upload tab, you will see the details of the product you have highlighted. You can also set / view the Web Product categories of the selected item on the left hand side of the window. Please see below screenshot:

Once inside the Website Upload tab, you can enter the Unique ID for the product. Please see below screenshot:

After you enter the Unique ID supplied by your integrated website, you then press Save Only. This will save the Unique ID against the product and during the next upload cycle on Till 1, the product will linked with its counterpart.

If you wish to delink the Product from your website, simply remove the Unique ID.
