App - Edit A Customer

An in-depth guide to Editing Customers via the Premier EPOS App

Introduction

When using the Premier EPOS App to edit a customer, you must first search for that customer using either their ID, Name, Phone, Email or Address. Once you have entered your search information, you then press Search to find the customers based on your searched criteria. Please see below screenshot.

You can enter multiple search terms, in order to reduce the number of results.

Once you have entered your search details and pressed Search, the next screen will display your results. For our example search, we are looking for the name, John. The search results will show the Top 50 results. Please see below screenshot.

After entering search details and viewing the results, you can now click on each result to see further details about the customer and make changes to the customer information. Please see below screenshot.

Save Changes

In order to save any changes to a customer, you press Update Customer at the bottom of the Edit A Customer page. Please see below screenshot.
