App - Create A Customer

An in-depth guide to creating a customer via the Premier EPOS App

Introduction

The Premier EPOS App allows you to create new customers, which are added directly to your EPOS database and be access immediately upon creation. After clicking a Create A Customer, you will see the New Customer screen. Please see below screenshot.

Key Features

Get New ID

The Get New ID function will automatically select the next available number in your customer database and assign it to the customer you are about to create. You can also manually enter a number if you wish, but we advise using the Get New ID function where possible.

Lookup Postcode

The Lookup Postcode function allows you to enter postcode and then search on an online database for matching address details. If the Lookup Postcode function is successful in locating details, those available details will be fill immediately.

If you are the search is unsuccessful, address details can be entered manually.

Insert Customer

Once you have finished filling in the customer details, the final step is press Insert Customer button. Please see below screenshot.

Once you press the Insert Customer button, you be take back to the Customers main menu, with the Edit A Customer and Create A Customer options.
