Guide - App - Logging In

An in-depth guide to Logging into the Premier EPOS App

Introduction

In order to login to the Premier EPOS App, you will need to visit this address: app.premierepos.co.uk or if on Android, download the APK and then login using your Global Username and Password. This App is web based and can be accessed by any device via a web browser using the above link.

Using the App for the first time? Be sure to contact Premier EPOS for assistance setting it up.

Logging In

Once you open App, the first page you will see is the login page. Please see below screenshot:

In order to login you will require an Account Number, Username and Password.

Account Number

This is your Premier EPOS Account Number. This account number is automatically created when you purchase a Premier EPOS system. If you require assistance locating your Account Number, please contact Premier EPOS Support.

Unlike the Username and Password, each App user will use the same account number.

Username

When logging into the App, you will use the same Username as your Global User on the Premier EPOS software. This user must be setup before you login into the App.

Password

Like the Username, the Password is the same password set for your Global User in the Premier EPOS software.

Save Credentials for logging in is only recommended for personal devices.

Once you have entered your Account Number, Username and Password, you press the Sign In button.

Connection Status

After logging in, to ensure you have an active connection to the correct database, you can check the Connection Status section. This Connection Status section is located at the bottom of the Home page, which is the page you see right after logging in.

The Connection Status box will display your User, Store, Connection Status and Server Status. Please see screenshot below:

User

The Username you logged into the App with, will be displayed here.

Store

The Store you are currently connected to, will be displayed here.

Connected?

Your Connected Status is displayed in this box. If the box is green, as displayed in the above screenshot, you are connected successfully to your database.

Server

When you have successfully connected to your database, a data / time will be displayed here. If you are unable to connect, an error message will be displayed here instead.

Update Status

If required, you can attempt to connect to your store's database by using the Update Status button. This will attempt to reconnect to your selected store using your current details.
