An in-depth guide to Chain Statistics via the Premier EPOS App

Introduction

Premier EPOS Chain Statistics provides an analytical overview of key performance indicators for retail operations using the Premier EPOS App. These statistics offer insights into transaction volumes, sales trends, and customer behaviours across multiple locations, helping businesses optimise operations and enhance decision-making processes.

Using Chain Statistics

To start using Chain Statistics, you must first select your date range. If you leave the Select Start date and Select End date empty the current date will used when displaying results. Please see below screenshot.

Once you have selected your date range, pressing 'Tap to Retrieve Data' will start the process. Please see below screenshot.

After a short search, the results will be displayed on the next page. The results will display each Store and an All Stores total at the bottom of the list. Please see below screenshot.

If you click on each result, either the individual Stores or the All Stores, you will see the Store Statistics Breakdown. This will give you further information on your selection, including such details as Total income, Total Cash, Total Card, etc. Please see below screenshot.
