An in-depth guide to Settings via the Premier EPOS App

Introduction

The Premier EPOS App Settings menu allows you to customise your experience when using the App. Please see below screenshot.

Find Product

Show Barcode In Results

With this option enabled, when search for products in the Stock section, the barcode will be included in the results. Disabling this option will hide the barcode.

Search By Internal Ref Code

With this option enabled, you can search for products using their Internal Ref Code, instead of Barcode. This would primarily be used by customers who's products do not have barcodes.

Replenishment

Use Cases For Quantities

With this option enabled, the case size of the item will be taken into account when changing quantities.

Scanning an item increments checked by 1

With this option enable, when scanning items in the Replenishment menu, each scan will increase the checked amount by 1. For more information on Replenishment Orders, please see here Replenishment Orders

Store Statistics

Limit 250 Items by Defaults

With this option disabled, when searching for products in the Statistics, the list of items will NOT be limited to 250. Instead it will display all items relevant to the your search. If you enable this option, only the first 250 results will be shown.

Product Statistics

Use Bar Charts Instead Of Line / Area Charts?

With this option enabled, the Product Statistics will display a Bar Chart instead of using Line / Area chart for search results.

With this option enabled, when searching for a product in the Product Statistics section, the results will display additional information about Associated Sales. This section will display a list of the most commonly sold products that have sold at the same time as this product.

Show Financial Products Sales

With this option enabled, when searching for a product in the Product Statistics section, the results will display additional information about the products sales history. This will include; Total Income In Last 30 Days, Total Income In Last 3 Months, Total Income In Last 6 Months and Total Overall Income. Please see below screenshot.

Sales Screen

Auto Focus Barcode Box

With this option enabled, when using the Sales menu of the App, the barcode scanning box will automatically be focused when opened.

Cart # Start

This option allows you to set the starting number of what Cart you can select in the Sales section. We strongly advise not choosing lower than the default number of 4, as this could interfere with the Till's Carts.

Cart # End

This option allows you to set the ending number of what Cart you can select in the Sales section

Till #

This options allows you to set the Till number of the App when setting up a Sale. We strongly advise not changing this from 100.

Refresh Every X Seconds

This option sets how frequently the Sales section refreshes the Cart information. We strongly advise not changing this from 30.

Show Button Images

This feature allows images that have been assigned to the buttons to displayed on the App's sales screen. This feature is currently under redevelopment.

Device Settings

Use Single Line For Numeric Keypad

This option is designed for older mobile devices using the App and allows for a single line number entry instead of the pop-up keypad.

Themes

The Themes options are located at the bottom of the Settings menu. Please see below screenshot.

Using the Themes section you can set the Layout theme, Colour theme and device theme. Please see below screenshot.
