The Manual Stock Take option is the fourth option on the Stock Menu. It allows for stock taking of non barcoded items. Please see below screenshot.
Once you have entered search details, the results will be displayed. Depending on your search criteria, search time may vary. When the results have been displayed, you can either slide the each item either to right to Set Quantity or to the left to Increase Quantity. Each change will be saved as you make the change.
When you have finished making changes, to return to the search page, click Search in the bottom left corner or to return to the previous menu, click the Back button in the top left corner.
This feature is designed to be used alongside the Stock Take system. For more information on Stock Taking, please click . Once you have setup a Stock Take, the Manual Stock Take function will allow you to search for products by Supplier 1 and/or Type and Sub Type. Please see below screenshot.
