A quick guide on how to install and setup AnyDesk

Introduction

This guide will detail the installation and setup process of the AnyDesk Software. AnyDesk is a remote desktop application distributed by AnyDesk Software GmbH. It offers remote control, file transfer, and VPN functionality. AnyDesk will always be pre-installed on your Premier EPOS Till system.

Downloading

The AnyDesk software can be downloaded from this link: AnyDesk

Click Download Now to start the process.

Once you click Download Now, the AnyDesk website will automatically detect your Operating System and download the appropriate software.

Already Installed?

When contacting the Premier EPOS support team, they sometime ask you to provide the AnyDesk ID. This information can be found in the Premier EPOS software in the Help Section. Please see screenshot below for further details:

Click here first.
Then click, AnyDesk here

After clicking the AnyDesk link, you maybe greeted by this window. This is a common situation on the Tills, as AnyDesk is pre-installed. Please see the below screenshot for an example.

Please click 'Start installed version'

If this screen does appear, please click 'Start installed version'. That option will start the already installed version of the AnyDesk software. Anydesk will then open and provide you with a unique ID. Please see the below screenshot for an example.

Each install of AnyDesk will have a unique ID
