Information - Info Window
In-depth guide to the Info Window, found on the Sales Screen
Introduction
The Info Window is located on the Sales Screen behind the question mark next to the item in the cart. Please see below screenshot.

Once you click the question mark, the Info Window for the product will open. Please see below screenshot.

Why is my question mark upside down?
A commonly asked question regarding the Info Window button, the question mark, is why is my question mark upside down?

The answer is your stock level. If the items stock level is 0 or less, the question mark will be upside down on the Sales Screen. By default, this will not stop you from selling the item.
Breakdown
This section will breakdown each part of the Info Window.
Name of Item

This section will display the name of the selected product.
Item of Image

This area will display the primary image of the product. You can also press the red X in the top right hand corner, to remove the primary image.
Item Description

This section will contain the items description, which can be displayed on the customer facing screen and be used with integration options.
Stock Information

This section displays commonly accessed information regarding the selected product. The details in this section include Quantity, Type and Subtype, Tax Rate, Replenishment Min/Max, Pack Size 1 and Cast Cost 1.
The Product Subtotal is the price of the selected item, based on how many are in the cart. For example, if an item is £1.99, and there 10 in the cart, the Product Subtotal would display £19.90.
The level of information displayed would also change based on the access level of the currently logged in user. A Restricted User by default, would be able to see most details, but unable to make any changes. Please see below screenshot.

Permanent Changes

This section shows the items' price, at all five different price levels. You can also permanently edit the price in this section.
Temporary Changes

This section allows for discounts and temporary prices to be made against the item. For more information about Sales Screen discounts, please click here.
Print Label

This option will allow the user to print a single pre-designed label for the selected item. Labels must be first created in Shelf Edge Label Designer.
Edit Barcodes

This option will allow the user to change the selected items primary barcode. Only the primary barcode can be changed with this option. Additional barcodes can added/edited be in the Stock Editor.
Change Name

This function will allow the user to change the name of the selected item.
Edit Product

This is an advanced option that lets you change almost every aspect of the product (except the name).
Search Image

This function will search online, based on the items' barcode and attempt to find an appropriate picture. The item must have a manufactures barcode for this function to work.
Allergens

This option will allow the user to Add/Edit Allergens details about the selected product. These details usually used for the item's label.
