Create New Product
The Create New Product option is the second option on the Stock Menu. It allows you to create new products and have them appear on your database immediately. Please see below screenshot.

Once you click on Create New Product, the next page will show you a new product screen where you can enter a products required details. Further details beyond this page, while useful, are not required when making a new product. These further details can be added after the product is created.
Required
The required details for a new product are Item Name, Barcode, Selling Price, Unit Cost, Pack Size and Tax Rate.

Primary
The Primary Details section allow you to enter Quantity, Supplier 1, Type of Item, Sub Type, Min, Max, RRP, Points and Internal Ref Code.
Further down the page you will find the Additional Primary Details, which includes Case Barcode, Case Barcode 2, Supplier Code, Notes, Variable Price, Decimal Quantity, Discontinued and Age Restriction.

Supplier
The Supplier Details section allow you to enter Supplier, Unit Cost, Pack Size, Supplier Code, Discount, Lead Time for Supplier 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Further
The Further Details section allow you to enter Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 Selling Prices, Breakdown. Along with Other Details, such as Show Message When Sold and Decrement When Sold. Then finally Warehouse and Dimensions for Location and Size details.

The Product Image section allow you to upload an image of the product for use on your Till or with your Web Integration.
