# Guide - How to Issue a Virtual Loyalty Card

On the Sales Screen, Click on Customers, then search for a customer. Then Click on the customer to select their account.

Click on the Edit Tab to bring up their account information.

Click on the Loyalty Cards button. It will bring up this menu. Click on “Add Virtual Loyalty Card”. It will then bring up a window to ask if you would like to specify a name on the loyalty card, if you leave this blank then it will use the name on the customer’s account.

Once the Virtual Loyalty Card has been created, you can then E-Mail the loyalty card directly to the customer using the E-Mail option. It will also show you a preview of the loyalty card which the customer will receive.
