A guide on configuring the printer with Windows, when connected over USB.
Double Click on the WinPal Printer Driver Icon

You should now see the WinPal Driver Setup screen. Ensure the Windows 10 option and USB options are selected. Select the WP-80C Printer Series.

Click on Check USB Port, this should print out a small slip of paper from the Receipt Printer and a small pop-up window will display the USB port number. Click Ok

If successful, click on Install Now

It will now ask if you want to print a test page, select No
