This window will allow you to backup your system to a location of your choice. The backup will include your database, local users file and site settings. This backup can then be stored on a memory stick, external hard drive or cloud storage (Google Drive for example).
When starting up the backup process, you will need to first select a location for the backup to be saved. This can be done in this box.
The default location for the backups is inside the EPOS install folder. This can either be set to a different location before the backup is made or you can transfer the backup to a location of your choice after creating the backup.
After selecting the backup location, you can begin the backup process by pressing this button.
Once you press the Start button, the process will begin and automatically save the backup in the location you previously set.
Once the backup completes, you will see a completed message. The folder you selected for the backup to be stored will then open on the screen.
