A guide on dispatching web orders by individual products. Useful for dispatching part of an order.

Double click on your chosen order. This will open up the individual web order.
Highlight all of the items you would like to allocate stock for. Then click on Allocate Stock in the Product Actions menu on the left hand side.
The status of each of the highlighted item will now say “Allocated” in the status column. Next click on Dispatch in the Product Actions menu on the left.
It will then prompt you for a shipping method.
It may prompt for a tracking number, depending on delivery method.
The order’s status will now change to “Processed” and will be removed from the “Incomplete Orders” list automatically.
